Isaac Babatunde ADEYEMO is the dynamic Chief Executive Officer and founder of the
Mordecai Care Foundation in Nigeria. He’s a passionate advocate for the rights of children, women, and girls, and he believes in standing up for everyone. His work as a Development and Social Worker centers around promoting wellbeing of the people and tackling food security issues for the less privileged. Isaac is also a strong supporter of gender equality within civil society. With his commitment to non-profit management, he has positively impacted the lives of over 25,000 individuals across various states in Nigeria. He hosts a powerful quarterly talk on Gender-Based Violence through media channels. As a dedicated advocate against gender-based violence, Isaac collaborates with a network of stakeholders, connecting with both the Law Enforcement Agency and the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) at both state and national levels. This collaboration has led to the organization of awareness campaigns focused on prevention and response strategies for gender-based violence, as well as seminars on drug addiction and sexual and reproductive health education for secondary and university students. An award-winning innovator and humanitarian, Isaac has played a crucial role as the Osun State Secretary for the Association of Orphanages and Homes Operators in Nigeria (ASOHON) from 2017 to 2023. He is also honored to serve as the National Volunteer Director and State Coordinator for the Good Deeds Day movement in Nigeria, an international organization based in Israel that provides humanitarian services worldwide. In 2019, he was a speaker at the 2nd Africa Regional Conference held in Nairobi, Kenya. Additionally, Isaac is the Osun State Leader for Giving Tuesday Nigeria (GTN), a global movement promoting charity and generosity. As a member of the Child Protection Network Nigeria (CPNN), he is deeply committed to driving change and uplifting vulnerable communities. He was a co-author of African_Perspective e- book: Residential Child and Youth Practices in Nigeria.
A graduate in Chemistry/Biochemistry from University of Ado-Ekiti and Postgraduate Diploma
in Industrial Chemistry from Federal University of Technology FUTA, Akure.
