At MOCAFON, we are committed to creating a safe environment for women and girls by challenging and ending gender-based violence. Our Stop Gender-Based Violence Advocacy (SGBV) program works to empower survivors, educate communities, and influence policy changes to ensure justice and protection for everyone.
Our Approach
- Advocacy & Awareness:
We launch public campaigns and community workshops to challenge harmful social norms and educate society about gender-based violence
- Rescue & Support:
Working closely with law enforcement and the National Human Rights Commission, we provide immediate intervention and support for survivors, ensuring they receive the help they need.
- Legal & Policy Reform:
We advocate for systemic changes that strengthen laws, protect survivors, and hold perpetrators accountable, paving the way for long-term social change\
- Community Engagement:
Through partnerships with local organizations and community leaders, we amplify our efforts to create safe spaces and promote gender equality.
